INGREDIENTS:

Active ingredients per 4 grams soft chew: Nettle Leaf Power 150 mg, Ocean Kept (Ascophyllum nodosum) 120 mg, Citrus Bioflavinoid Complex 50 mg, Quercetin 35 mg, Perilla Leaf Extract 25 mg, Biotin 30 mcg, Vitamin E 40 IU.
