What is the difference between Skin Soother and Wrinkle Balm?
Wrinkle Balm is a milder formula that includes a smaller percentage of essential oils. It's a prime choice for pups with sensitive skin, and for those delicate areas such as the eyes, mouth, face, ears, tail pocket, genitals, etc. For more stubborn and severe infections, we recommend our organic Skin Soother. Skin Soother is a stronger formula that will be able to clear any cases that Wrinkle Balm may be too gentle for.

Does Wrinkle Balm work for canine acne?
NDC's Wrinkle Balm is perfect for treating canine acne. The formula has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties that eradicate those bumps and prevent them from coming back.

Is Wrinkle Balm unscented?
NDC does not add any fragrance enhancers into Wrinkle Balm. However, because it is made of organic essential oils and waxes, Wrinkle Balm does emit a very slight, clean scent.

What helps ear infections?
Apply a generous amount of Wrinkle Balm to the affected area and your pup’s ears will improve. It’s safe to apply on the underside of the ear, but please avoid applying the balm inside the ear canal. For inner ear infections, you will want to look into an aqueous formula / product. 

What is the difference between Wrinkle Balm and coconut oil?
Wrinkle Balm actually contains high quality Virgin Organic Coconut Oil. However, NDC Wrinkle Balm formula is a powerhouse of 10 additional ingredients including several other moisturizing and healing oils and butters with a variety of favorable fatty acid characteristics. Wrinkle Balm also contains a proprietary and specially formulated Olive Leaf Extract that is oil soluble and extremely high in the constituent oleuropein. Oleuropein is prized for its anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties.

Does Wrinkle Balm help with tear stains?
Wrinkle Balm will help to prevent tear stains from occurring, but for existing tear stains NDC recommends their Grooming Wipes as a better option for treating tear stains and keeping the eye area clean. Additionally, dabbing a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water carefully on the areas could help as well. For safety purposes, we would recommend keeping the wipes and peroxide at least 1/2 inch away from the eyes.

Can Wrinkle Balm be used inside the ears?
Wrinkle Balm can be used on the underside of the ears, but is not intended for application down in the ear canal.

Does Wrinkle Balm help with odor?
Wrinkle Balm does help to tackle foul odors within the skin folds as well as yeast and bacteria build up with its gentle anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory properties.
