SHIPPING TIME:

You can trust that your order will be processed and delivered as quickly as possible. We currently ship products anywhere in the
United States using the United States Postal Service and Fedex.  When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates
based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment destination and notify you via email of any unusual time delays.
Typically, orders ship within 3 - 5 business days from the date of your order.  Please note that Slipcover Beds and Signature
Collection Products may take up to 10 business days to ship.
 
DETERMINATION OF SHIPPING CHARGES:

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations
so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us  page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

We take care to ensure that your products arrive to you intact and undamaged; however, from time-to-time damages occur in transit.  
Please provide notification of any damaged products within 48 hours of receipt.  You can contact us via email at service@baxterbaileycompany.com 
or by phone at 1-800-535-8184.  Do not discard the package or damaged product-often the carrier requires pictures of the damage for us to file
a claim.  We will work with you to replace the damaged product and handle the claim with the carrier.
