If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a
prompt refund or exchange.
 
Refunds:
Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type or by check.
Refunds for items returned between thirty-one (31) and ninety (90) calendar days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
Refunds after ninety (90) calendar days will not be accepted.  The original shipping and handling charges and the return-to-us shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges:
Exchanges must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of the purchase date.  No exchanges will be accepted after ninety (90) calendar days.  If the item you wish to exchange has a price higher or lower than the original item purchased, the difference will be applied in the same form as the original payment type.  The original shipping and handling charges and the return-to-us shipping charges are not refundable.  Further, shipping and handling charges to return your exchanged item(s) will be assessed to the original payment type.

Damaged Merchandise:
We take care to ensure that your products arrive to you intact and undamaged; however, from time-to-time damages occur in transit.  
Please provide notification of any damaged products within 48 hours of receipt.  You can contact us via email at service@baxterbaileycompany.com 
or by phone at 1-800-535-8184.  Do not discard the package or damaged product-often the carrier requires pictures of the damage for us to file
a claim.  We will work with you to replace the damaged product and handle the claim with the carrier. 

Defective Merchandise (Refund):
Defective Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date for this policy to apply. All merchandise is thoroughly inspected before it is shipped.  However, in the event you receive merchandise that is defective and you desire a refund, the original shipping and handling charges (for that item) and the return-to-us shipping charges will be refunded in the same form as the original payment type or by check.
 
Defective Merchandise (Exchange):
Defective Merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date for this policy to apply.  All merchandise is thoroughly inspected before it is shipped. However, in the event you receive merchandise that is defective and you desire an exchange, the original shipping and handling charges (for that item) will be applied to the shipping and handling charges to re-ship your exchanged item.  No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred.  Further, the return-to-us shipping charges will be refunded to you using the same form as the original payment typeor
